1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions completed through the websites, funnels, checkout pages, or digital platforms used by Alissa To’omata.
A “client” refers to any person who places an order with Alissa To’omata via our secure online payment system.

2. Age Requirements

You must be:

16+ years old to purchase digital products
18+ years old to purchase services (coaching, programs, workshops, events)

If a customer does not meet these age requirements, access will be revoked and any payment refunded.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).
Prices may change at any time, but the price applied at checkout is the final price.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including pre-order products.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved providers.
Stripe is solely responsible for payment security.

5. Delivery

Digital products, online programs, and memberships are delivered electronically to the email address or platform account you provide during checkout.
For physical products (if any), delivery will be made to the address entered at purchase. Customers are responsible for ensuring their details are accurate.

6. No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final.
Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, no refunds, cancellations, or change-of-mind credits will be granted for any digital purchases, including:

Online programs
Digital downloads
Challenges
Memberships
Access to Skool communities
Online classes
Templates
Any other digital or electronic content

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you receive immediate value and waive the right to request a refund.

We will assist with technical issues, but refunds will not be issued.

By purchasing, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable Law
